Located just a few blocks from downtown Lindsborg, Blomhuset (Swedish for “the Flower House”) brightens the northeast corner of Third and Grant with its distinctive Swedish charm.

Enter the two-bedroom home from the front door on Third Street or the back door, next to the carport on Grant. The front door entry reveals its living room on the right, spacious kitchen straight ahead and stairs to the second floor bedrooms on the left. A cozy sofa and two chairs form a lovely conversation area, while convenient coffee and end tables make it simple to enjoy a beverage or snack. You can stream your favorite show or watch them live from the Smart TV can be pivoted toward the living area or, if you prefer, the dining table with seating for four.

A fully-equipped kitchen, with full size stainless steel appliances and a quiet dishwasher, is an unexpected pleasure at Blomhuset. With plenty of cabinets and counter space, it’s an easy task to whip up your favorite meals or a late-night snack. The full bathroom with shower on the main floor is next to the onsite washer and dryer - all the comforts of home!

You’ll slumber in comfort and style in the second-floor bedrooms, each with a Casper mattress. Closets are crafted into the knee walls of each bedroom. On workcation? Desks and chairs are at the ready! The second floor bathroom, stashed between the two bedrooms, features a tub/shower combination.

Sustainability is literally built into Blomhuset. The home's interior is heated and cooled with high-efficiency electric heat pumps, often called minisplits.
